Background Info:
Not much at all is known about the one referred to as the 'Robed Man'.  We know he was
a part of the terrible catastrophies that befell Deshwitat and crew.  We also know, that
since at Least then, he has been messing in affairs, to push 'destiny' in the whichever
direction he so wishes it to go. 

Were it not for this man, then perhaps (most likely), things would have worked out
quite differently for our friends in REBIRTH.
Which, is in fact WHY he interfered.  So that he could manuever things into playing out
as he wished.  The end result?  We are still waiting to see.
